Shipping & Returns

Our goal is customer satisfaction. Merchandise purchased through this store may be returned within 30 days of receipt if the item is found to be damaged or defective for a refund or a credit toward future purchases. Shipping charges will not be refunded, unless we have made an error in shipping. Before returning an item, you must have an RMA number. To get an RMA number, use the contact form at the link below to request one. Include your contact information on the form.

Credit Card Orders

Your credit card will be credited the amount of the purchase, less shipping charges, within 1-2 weeks of receipt of the returned merchandise.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product. Please contact us using the contact form with the contact link below to get an RMA number to return your merchandise. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments. When returning merchandise we recommend using UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection.

Backorders (out of stock items)

Backordered merchandise includes items that are not currently in stock. In most cases, these items are on order from the manufacturers. In some cases, we are awaiting or researching stock information from one or more of our suppliers. If for any reason we determine that a backordered item will no longer be available, we notify you immediately by e-mail and cancel the item from your order.

Credit Card Safety

Art-Gift.com is a member of the Stress Bank service network and uses PayPal to process your purchasing transaction and to protect credit card information. That information is not retained on this site. Orders will be placed using SSL encryption, through PayPal. Your credit card billing statement will list Stress Bank as the merchant name for your transaction.
